I think, it is good to eat grass-based products as the source of energy for the body, in addition that we are still eating meat, and fish as other supplement for the body, in moderate ways.

Moderate - This is actually, my favourite words especially in advicing or teaching the kids about life. Everything that we do must be in a moderate ways and even eating good food, but if you eat too much, then it will be harm for you. So far, I try to lead our life in moderation.

Works getting more busy again... Today, the auditors will be coming, and I have to entertained them, well... only for lunch and no compromised for dinner... He! He!

The children getting better but still on medication. The H1N1, still under control but the patients keeps growing day by day, and there is a few schools have to be closed due to it. I don't know how the G will handle this matter.

Rat Race -The ends will never meet. People will not satisfied with whatever they have, and they will want more and more.During 1950s, the price of goods is not that high compared to nowadays. They keep increasing but the income earning is rarely increase relatively with the price of goods. Maybe this is one of the factors that make people think that they are not earning enough money for the family. The cost of living is getting higher compared to the income earned. Then, the wife will find job to share raising the family. But do the guys agreed to share the 'other responsibili­ty' at home???

Maid - Still not have one yet. I think I managed to avoid being cheated by the cheeky and intelligent net scammer, but could not avoid being cheated by the 'uneducated'­ Indonesian maids for a few times and involved thousands of $$$. I think they (Indonesian agents and maids) used to do this job and keep thinking one step ahead of me. In addition, that I quite desperate for their services and willing to pay in advance as long as I get a maid ASAP.

Now, gotta learned to be independent and need to find ways to better manage my time and money, and of course gotta 'hold my craziness' with the children, and maintain to be 'cool'. He! He!

Car Boot Sale - This practise is not familiar in Malaysia, but this afternoon, I read a newspaper, and there is a car boot sales in Sunway and we can rent one parking lot for this purpose. Quite interesting,­ coz it is a good idea to get rid of our old things with money. Yeah!! we got a lot of things but don't have time to sort it out for the 'car boot sales' tomorrow. Maybe next time...

Yesterday morning, while driving on the way to the office, I listened to the radio. The topic is why Malaysian Women more attracted to the outsiders instead of local men, and there is a few case where they were being cheated and ending up involved in drugs or human traficking etc out of the country.

I agree with a few experienced callers, saying most of foreginers (European or Middle East men) are more gentlement, caring and loving compared to Malaysian. I think, culturally, we Malaysian have not been teached to show the cares and the love to others, maybe due to the shyness in the cultures.

The men here seems to be treated like a king (not all but mostly), where we don't share the everyday house work and kids. Men should not be in the kitchen, they just read newspaper, and eat when time comes while everything is ready on the table, watching TV and sleep.I really sad to see this attitude, coz women also work and contribute to the family in monetary term and energy. The guys!!! :(

In education : the condition for women to continuing education in University level is higher compared to the men, but still there are more women study in University level (maybe 60 : 40). Huh!!
